    Definition and Raw Materials
Coffee carbon powder is a black powder obtained through a series of processes including low-temperature carbonization and high-temperature activation of coffee grounds or coffee bean residues, followed by technological physical grinding.
The particle size typically ranges from 0.02um to 1um, classifying it as a nano-level powder. It features a large specific surface area, strong electrical conductivity, insolubility in water, and is heavier than water.
Its chemical nature is stable, and it does not readily react with other substances. However, under specific conditions, such as high temperatures or strong acidic/alkaline environments, it may undergo certain changes. Carbon coffee contains minerals beneficial to health, such as potassium and calcium.

    Antibacterial and Antifungal Properties

The antibacterial rate can reach over 99.99%, showing significant inhibitory effects on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Candida albicans, etc.

    Moisture Absorption and Breathability

It has good moisture absorption properties, capable of absorbing moisture from the air while maintaining good breathability, providing a comfortable feeling to the human body.

    Adsorption and Odor Removal

It has a strong adsorption capacity for harmful substances such as formaldehyde, benzene, toluene, ammonia, and dust, and can play a role in absorbing, decomposing odors, and deodorizing.

    Emission of Far-Infrared Rays

The far-infrared emission rate is as high as 0.87, which can store heat and keep warm. The temperature rise speed is faster than that of ordinary cotton fabrics, allowing the human body to feel warm in cold environments.

    Negative Ion Emission

The concentration of emitted negative ions is relatively high, reaching 6800/cm³, equivalent to the negative ion concentration in suburban fields, which is beneficial to health.

    Textile Industry

    Garment Manufacturing

It can be added to textile fibers to make sportswear, underwear, panties, etc. Utilizing its antibacterial, antifungal, moisture absorption, breathability, and far-infrared emission functions, it enhances the quality and comfort of clothing, reduces odor generation, and can also provide a certain degree of warmth.

    Home Textiles

Used in the production of towels, bed sheets, pillowcases, etc., giving home textile products better moisture absorption and antibacterial deodorizing functions, improving the sleep environment, and enhancing sleep quality.

    Environmental Protection Field

    Air Purification

It can be made into air purification filter nets, activated carbon bags, and other products to adsorb harmful gases and odors in the air, such as formaldehyde, benzene, second-hand smoke, etc., effectively improving indoor air quality.

    Water Purification

In the water treatment process, coffee carbon powder can be used as an adsorbent to remove heavy metal ions, organic matter, residual chlorine, and other impurities from water, improving water quality.

    Beauty and Skincare Field

    Skincare Additives

Due to its rich content of antioxidants, it can be added to masks, facial cleansers, lotions, and other skincare products. It has a strong antioxidant effect, can reduce skin aging, dullness, and other problems, increase skin brightness, and delay skin aging.

    Beauty Tools

Made into coffee carbon powder masks, beauty soaps, and other products, through its adsorption effect, it can deeply clean dirt and oils in skin pores, making the skin cleaner and fresher.

    Other Fields

    Agricultural Field

It can be used as a soil conditioner, added to the soil, and its rich mineral components can provide nutrients for plants, improve soil structure, increase soil breathability and water retention, and promote plant growth.

    Energy Field

Under certain conditions, coffee carbon powder can be used as a catalyst or additive to improve the efficiency of some energy conversion processes, such as in the research of fuel cells, solar cells, and other fields, it has potential application value.

    Food Field

In the food processing process, coffee carbon powder can be used as a natural pigment and flavoring agent to make some specialty foods, such as coffee-flavored pastries, ice cream, etc., to increase the flavor and color of food. However, its application in the food field needs to strictly comply with relevant food safety standards and regulations.
